Founders

Total Trac Systems, LLC was established in 1989 by three founders:

• A heat-treater specialist—providing detailed software requirements of the heat treating operation, providing expertise and environment essential in early testing of the software.
• Two software developers, previously working for IBM, with special experience in providing barcode based solutions. While at IBM, the software developers were developing barcode solutions for supermarket and retail stores. This experience enabled them to apply the barcode technology to small businesses seeking to track their production processes.

Mission

Total Trac’s mission is to provide a single software solution for handling the total production needs of a small business enterprise. This includes collecting and storing all production records indefinitely — enabling companies to work more efficiently, with minimized errors.
